My experience is like as Oil Well Cementing and Stimulation Engineer, and Manager in various areas and different positions, like Project Manager, Technical Manager and District Manager, in the Oil Industry (more than 30 years), in Oil Well Cementing and Stimulation Services in Venezuela and Argentina (1986), Coiled Tubing Operations, Drilling Fluid Services and Products, Rigless Unit Services (HWO), Environmental Control, Solid Control, Industrial Chemical Cleaning, Sand Control, Water Shut Off, Flexible Pipe Laying for Gas Lift Wells, and Tender Development, between others; Area and activities, which have been approached from a Managerial, Administrative, Technical and Operational point of view, directing the Operational Stations or Offices and the execution of the Works, as well as supervising the technical and economic proposals, presented to the client, acting as Quality Engineer, Field Manager, Operations Manager, Technical Manager and District Manager. At the same time, I am a Staff Professor at the Business Management Postgraduate Program (MBA) at the University of Zulia.
