Allan Kulumba is a Plant Operator with UNRA with exerience in operating variety of machines including wheel loader, Motor Grader and Excavator with driving skills of both heavy and light vehicles. Allan is fueled by his passion for understanding the nuances of new challenges but in a competitive approach. He considers himself a ‘forever student,’ eager to both build on both his academic and career foundations and stay in tune with the latest technology through research.
Allan's hunger for knowledge and determination to turn information into action has contributed to his most recent success at UNRA Masaka station where he among the best recognized performers in the year 2020 due to his ability in performing as a team player and ability to multitask.
