Job Description

We are looking for an eloquent, persuasive proposal writer to join our team of writers in creating proposals. This can include gathering information, formatting tailoring it to the client while having our company’s best interests in mind.

You should be articulate, have excellent written communication skills, and be able to work under pressure to meet demanding deadlines. Ultimately, a top-notch proposal writer should be consistent, detail-oriented, and able to write in a factual, convincing manner.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for working with subject matter experts to gather information and develop ideas for proposals.
• Responsible for writing clear and compelling proposals that highlight the benefits and value of the product or project.
• Tailor proposals to meet the specific requirements and guidelines of clients or funding organizations.
• Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing proposals.
• Manage the proposal development process from start to finish, including coordinating with team members and meeting deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records and files of proposals and related materials.
• Participate in proposal presentations and negotiations with clients.
• Handle office requirements and work diligently
• Offer constructive contribution to the growth and development of the Institution

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Knowledge of MS Office and Adobe Photoshop
3. Ability to type 40 wpm
4. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
5. Understand and explain complex technical concepts
6. Strong research and analytical skills.
