I am a male Ugandan and a holder of bachelor’s degree in Management Science (Hons) obtained from Kyambogo University, and currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business administration(Weekend program) from Kyambogo University-(on going/ year 2)
have also attended short course trainings in Debt Management and Credit Control, Procurement and Supply Chain Management, and Delinquency Management and from Uganda Management Institute and Institute of Banking and Financial Services respectively.
I am currently working as a Financial Inclusion Officer/Branch Supervisor at Habitat for Humanity -Uganda an international NGO under the Financial inclusion program that supports low-income earners especially those working in the informal sector to undertake incremental housing projects through VSLA Methodology
I have over 8years experience with the NGO Sector especially in Microfinance(retail and Institutional lending approaches), Finance ,Administration and Procurement and logistics management. I am currently supervising luwero branch office with outstanding portfolio of 2billion Uganda shillings.
I have served as a chairperson procurement committee for a period of 4 years leading a team of 5 committee members staff, this role introduced me to various procurement and logistics work, especially soliciting for suppliers and contractors, Prequalification of new suppliers and Asset disposal processes and contract management.
