I have vast experience of 10 years managing and coordinating Supply chain activities in Ugandan refugee programs at both the Regional and National levels. I served as the Country Logistics Coordinator at African Initiatives for relief and development, an international NGO for a period of over 3years and 8months. Before serving as coordinator, I served as field logistics officer and then team leader for 5 years managing a humanitarian logistics project of over USD 25million. I effectively managed a diverse program and operation teams that included engineers, procurement team, finance team, logistics team of over 105 drivers, a team of 123 workshop mechanics, a team of 28 fuel clerks, a team of 86 assistant truck drivers, a team in charge of 09 fuel storage facilities in the refugee settlements in Uganda, a fleet of 105 vehicles, 09 mechanical workshops, 03 MSRP warehouses supplying non-food items to over 1.4 million refugees in Uganda, I supervised the Construction of access roads in refugee settlements, construction of PSN shelter in Nakivale, Kyaka, Oruchinga, and Yumbe refugee settlements.
