I am a female Ugandan with over 5 years adverse knowledge and experience practicing the Human Resource Functions with focus in ensuring that all the HR functions and processes are implemented in compliance with the employment laws. I have very good experience in sourcing, both internally and coordinating with external service providers to ensure that the right quality of labour force is hired in the company. I am very good at coordinating with heads of department to discharge HR functions like reward management, performance management, benefits management, leave management, disciplinary management, i also have experience in employee welfare management, medical insurance management with the service providers, coordinating with the union regarding workers rights. i love report writing and policy creation having a legal background has nurtured me into this aspect. i also have knowledge executing HR functions using the modern HRIS among others.
