Boti Nalapa Festo is a practical and innovative graduate engineer by profession who holds an Engineering Degree of Science in Water Resources majoring in Geology from Busitema University and a certificate of Water Resources Modeling from Nile Basin Initiative.
He has accumulated hands-on experience of over 3 years in fields of geological and water engineering which include; geophysical investigation, design of drilling plans, conduction of drilling and installation oversight, design of water supply and irrigation systems in Uganda, South Sudan and Democratic Republic of Congo. He has worked on various projects for local governments, NGOs, private companies and individual persons. He is adept in contract management, project planning and management. He is highly proficient in Computer applications and packages (MS office, HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, SWAT, AutoCAD, GIS, ILWIS, Google Earth and Internet).
He has worked with reputable organizations which include government agencies like local government and private companies like Pakast Technical Services Limited and others.
