I am a HR Generalist with ten years experience in Human Resources and three in Executive Office Administration. I have skills in HR Information systems, Payroll management, recruitment, performance management and staff development and training. Through out my HR experience I have developed endurance, interpersonal and self awareness skills, change management and Customer experience skills.
With my Executive Office experience I gained diplomacy and public speaking skills as I interacted with the Executives within the Bank across the East African region.
I am looking forward to new opportunities to practice my HR Generalist skills.
